Civil Secretary of State   
The Minister is sat looking at some papers. He appears to be having some trouble making sense of what he is seeing. The Secretary enters.   
S: Good morning minister, I see you’ve found the Report on the “Proposal for Improvements to Social, Political and General Offence-avoidance via utilisation of accurate terminology.”   
M: Yes, what is it?   
S: It’s the proposed report on the Proposal for Improvements Social, Political and General Offence-avoidance via utilisation of accurate terminology.

DragonLord Chapter 5The battle had begun well for the Hural; their enemy were completely unprepared and the first volley of arrows found many targets. A few Ranor reacted by sending a ball of fire or an electric bolt in return, but these were easily stopped by the Hural shields. Many ran straight back into the forest. The few that stayed attempted to create some defence against the arrows. Muyon saw a couple raise some rock from the ground to act as a shield. Another created a barrier of ice. The next volley still killed many.

Onwards

Another holiday and year over and a severe lack of deviations on my part.
I'm always amazed how easy it is to waste four weeks of holiday. Having said that I did spend a lot of time with my family over Christmas which was great and I'd much rather be doing that than writing and scribbling.
However I can reveal the exciting news that there are no less than 5 (yes 5!) deviations sitting on my hard-drive at various stages of completion.
The bad news is that 4 of them have been sitting there for 2 months without altering and the fifth one was started in 2005.
But by Easter I *will* have posted at least one of them. Not a huge target I know but let's be realistic. If you're lucky I might get on a roll and finish two but we shall have to see.

One more thing; doesn't 2007 seem a really weird number? There's something not quite right about it. I think I'd much rather skip to 2008, that seems much nicer.
